Mrs. S.M.P.M Vipulasena

The Commissioner of Vihara and Dewalagam is responsible for supervising the administration, protection, and development of Buddhist temples, shrines, and properties across the country. This role ensures that all temple affairs are managed lawfully and in accordance with Buddhist traditions, while supporting the preservation of religious heritage and promoting the effective use of temple resources for the benefit of the Buddhasasana and the community.
