Anjalikarani Silmatha Training Spiritual Development Program This program is conducted to develop the knowledge, attitude and skills related to the achievement of the purpose of the clerical life of the monks scattered all over Sri Lanka. The first training program was successfully conducted on 11th and 12th March 2022 at Silmatha Training Institute, Eriyawetiya, Kelaniya. During this training program, several special topics such as teacher-student relationship, management of Silmatha monasteries, identification of the clerical attitudes and Sasana practices required to achieve the priestly life, gaining an understanding of Silmatha discipline, and leading an exemplary Silmatha life were discussed
